Entity SEO Checker

Paste your Organization schema or page HTML and check your sameAs links and knowledge graph presence, so AI engines recognize your brand as a real entity.

Free to use. Enter your email once to copy or download. Runs entirely in your browser.

Paste your schema or page HTML

Entity SEO is about being a recognized thing, not just a string of keywords. Paste your Organization JSON-LD or a whole page (the tool finds the ld+jsonblock), and we read your sameAs links, check the expected platform set, and look you up in Wikidata. Nothing is uploaded: this runs in your browser.

Optional. Left blank, we use the name from your schema.

Entity report

Text report and corrected sameAs

This checks that profiles are declared in your schema and that a Wikidata entityexists. It does not confirm each link resolves to the right entity, that Google shows a knowledge panel, or how AI actually describes you. That full audit lives in the AI Visibility Tool.

What is entity SEO?

Entity SEO, sometimes called entity based SEO, is the practice of getting search engines and AI models to understand your brand as a distinct thing in the world, not just a phrase on a page. An entity is a person, company, product, or concept with a stable identity. When engines recognize your entity, they can connect facts about you, disambiguate you from similarly named brands, and describe you with confidence in an AI answer.

The two signals that anchor an entity are your Organization schema and the knowledge graph. YoursameAs array lists the authoritative profiles that prove you are who you say you are: your LinkedIn, Wikipedia, Wikidata, Crunchbase, and social accounts. The more consistent and complete those links are, the easier you are to trust and reuse.

Knowledge graph SEO and why it matters for AI

Knowledge graph SEO is the work of earning a place in the structured databases AI systems lean on: Google's Knowledge Graph and the open, community-run Wikidata. When your brand exists as a Wikidata entity with a stable ID and linked profiles, you become a fact that models can retrieve rather than a guess they have to make. That is the difference between an AI answer that describes you accurately and one that invents a competitor.

Declaring your sameAs links and holding a Wikidata entity are the entry ticket. Getting a knowledge panel, staying consistent across the web, and shaping how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini talk about you is the ongoing work. That is the conversation worth having next.
