How the assessment works

The AI readiness assessment framework behind this tool scores explicit evidence, not ambition. Every answer maps to a 0 to 4 value, and identity facts like industry or company size never add points on their own: they only change which questions you get and how the result is worded. The whole assessment runs in your browser. Your answers are never uploaded, and the result is visible without entering an email.

The result places you in one of five bands, from foundations that need attention to advanced readiness, and recommends the solution family that fits your evidence: from conventional automation through AI-assisted workflows and bounded agents up to a coordinated agentic system. This is guidance, not a benchmark: your score is calculated from your own answers, not compared with other companies.

The seven dimensions of business AI readiness

Business AI readiness is not one number about technology. This assessment scores seven weighted dimensions: strategy and ownership, process clarity, data readiness, systems and integration readiness, people and adoption, governance and risk, and delivery and measurement capacity. A business that is strong on tools but has no owner, no documented process, and no way to measure success is not ready, whatever its software budget says.

Treat the dimension scores as an AI readiness audit of your operating foundations: the lowest dimension is usually the cheapest thing to fix and the biggest blocker to everything else.

How long does the assessment take?

Where do my answers go?
Nowhere. Answers live in this browser tab's session storage and are never sent to our servers or analytics. Closing the tab ends the session.
What score should I aim for before starting with AI?
A score of 50 or more suggests you are ready for a focused pilot on one bounded workflow. Below that, the result names the specific foundations to fix first, which is faster and cheaper than a stalled AI project.
